If you want to give bulk orders for custom boxes, then custom box template development will be a very good idea, so later, we can use this template box as a reference box for wholesales order. Here is a step-by-step guideline.
Gather Materials: We can use Cardboard or thick paperboard to shape the box.
Measure and Mark: Considering the dimensions of the box and using a pencil and ruler, mark the measurements on Cardboard.
Cut out the Box: Use scissors to cut along the marked lines on the paperboard.
Fold the Cardboard:

  • Fold the Cardboard along the marked lines and apply glue.
  • Once done, fold the opposite side over the tabs and press firmly to secure the edges together.
  • Hold it for some time to make sure the adhesive bonds properly.
  • Repeat the process for the other side of the box, and you will get a well-designed box.

Note: Remember accuracy will be the king in any custom box template project
